Pickleball

Our community is fortunate to have two active Pickle Ball clubs, the Shellbrook Boreas Pickleball club and the Shellbrook Pickleball Club.

Shellbrook Boreas Pickleball is a pickleball club focusing on recreational play in a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere.  We offer pickleball at the Shellbrook W.P. Sandin Public High School and the Shellbrook Elementary Public School.   We play from early fall to late spring in the gymnasiums.

If you are new to the sport and want to try it out, there are no club fees for the first session and included is a free lesson with our club’s certified NCCP instructor.  Our club supplies paddles and balls for sessions.    No previous experience is required to play and we welcome all beginners.  We provide player tips and practice sessions periodically throughout the season for those members wishing to take part.

Pickleball is a popular sport and a fun and social activity.  It’s a great way to meet people and make new friends.
