🔥PARTIAL FIRE BAN IN EFFECT — As of 11:00 a.m., May 26, 2026 Due to current fire risk conditions, a partial fire ban is now in place. Not Allowed: • Open burning of any kind (brush piles, debris, stubble, grass, etc.) Allowed with Caution: • Fire pits • Burn barrels These may be used with extreme caution and only when there is no wind. Users must follow best practices for safe burning, including: • keeping a water source or extinguisher nearby, • never leaving fires unattended, and • ensuring fires are fully doused and cold to the touch before leaving. Please note: • All previously issued burn permits are void until the ban is lifted. This partial ban remains in effect until conditions improve.
